How can I view the history of another person in the group?

To view the location history of another person in your Famio group, follow these steps:

1. Open the Famio main screen
2. Tap on the member's avatar directly on the map. Alternatively, tap on the "People" menu and select the user, whose history you want to see
3. Once you've selected the member, you’ll see a screen displaying their location history. For Free Groups, you can see 24 hours of history, and 7 days for Premium Groups

Please ensure you view the history with mutual understanding and trust to maintain the privacy and integrity of the group.

How long is the location history stored?

The duration for which location history is stored in Famio depends on your group type:

1. Free Group: Location history is stored for the last 24 hours.
2. Premium Group: Location history is retained for up to 7 days.

After these respective durations, the older location data is automatically purged and is no longer accessible.
