Once you finalize the purchase on our website, you are prompted to create your Famio account and download the app — this is where your program is.
Note: Famio is a mobile app, so it is only available for iOS and Android devices.
In case you accidentally missed any of the steps, please follow the guides below to get started with Famio:
1. In your inbox (or in the Spam/Promo folder), locate the welcome email you received after the purchase. The email is titled Welcome to Famio.
2. In this email, tap the Enter My Program button.
3. Follow the steps on the page: create an account if you don't have one, and download Famio.
4. Once you install Famio, tap Log In:
5. On the following screen, choose again to log into your account as an existing user:
6. Log into your account using the same credentials you used during the registration.
