Important! Deleting the Famio app or your Famio account doesn't automatically cancel your subscription. To do this, please refer to our cancellation articles:

If you permanently delete your Famio account, the entire history and driving events associated with your account will also be erased. Once this action is taken, it cannot be undone.
Here's how to delete your account:
- Tap on "Settings" in the top right corner of the app screen.
- Tap on "Delete Account" at the very bottom.
- Click on "Confirm" to finish deleting your account.
Note: After your account is deleted, you will appear in your groups as an "anonymous user". This means that while your specific account data will be removed, you can still use the app in a limited, anonymous capacity.
