Main rule: Subscriptions and memberships renew automatically until canceled. Deleting the app or your Famio account does not cancel your subscription automatically.
If you've got a receipt from Apple or see the transaction on your bank statement labeled as "Apple Billing," that indicates an iOS purchase, and the subscription is linked to your Apple ID.
To cancel your plan:
- Open your iPhone Settings
- Tap your name >> Subscriptions
- Choose the subscription to Famio
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Note: only you personally can manage your subscriptions. We don't have access to your Apple ID account and thus cannot make any changes remotely.
