If you have purchased a Premium plan but don't see it in the Google Play settings of your Android device, you probably subscribed through our website: https://myfamio.com/. That means you have a so-called web plan.
You have a web subscription to Famio if at least one of the following is true:
- You have paid by card or PayPal
- You have received a receipt or a welcome email from Famio (not Apple/Google)
- The descriptor on your bank statement says “Famio”, "family locator", etc
