You have a web subscription to Famio if at least one of the following is true:
- You paid with a card or PayPal
- The active subscription isn’t visible in Apple/Google, but the charges persist
- You received a receipt or a welcome email from Famio (not Apple/Google)
- The descriptor on your bank statement says “Famio”, "family locator", etc
Follow the instructions below to cancel your web Famio subscription:
- Open Famio Web Profile
- Log into your Famio account
- Navigate to the Subscriptions tab
- Tap Turn off auto-renewal
Once you cancel, the subscription will remain active until the end of the paid period, but you won't be charged anymore.
