All Famio subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled in your web profile (not Apple ID/ Google Play). We disclose the renewal terms a few times during the purchase:
- on the subscription page, before you complete the payment;
- in the receipt we send after successful purchases;
- in the Famio Terms of Use.
Subscriptions can be canceled by opening this direct link or by contacting support.
To avoid unwanted charges, all subscriptions must be canceled 24 hours before the scheduled renewal.
