If you made a purchase via our website https://myfamio.com/, usually, a receipt with complete information about your purchase is sent immediately after the initial payment. Here are some details:
- The email with the receipt will have the subject Your Famio Premium Receipt.
- There, you will find the exact price for the subscription and any additional programs, plus the discounts applied.
- If you notice a USD 0.50 charge in your bank statement, that is a validation payment, which is instantly refunded. It's not mentioned in the receipt you get.
The receipt contains information about all the successful payments. If there were other payment attempts, they will disappear from your bank statement shortly.
Note: sometimes, these receipts land in the Spam/Promo folder.
If you purchased your Famio subscription directly from App Store/ Google Play, they also send you an automated receipt after the charge is finalized — see the settings of your Apple ID/Google Play account.
In case, you are looking for a receipt for the renewal payment, please note that we only send a receipt after the initial payment, as all the billing and renewal information is disclosed there.
