Paid for the program, but the app prompts you to subscribe again? Here are two typical reasons for that:
- You're not logged into the account associated with the purchase and are using a free account instead.
- Your subscription has already expired.
So, if you have an active premium plan, but you've faced such an issue, here's how you can resolve it:
1. Re-install the app
2. Once you install Famio, tap Log In:
3. On the following screen, choose again to log into your account as an existing user:
4. Log into your account using the same credentials you used during the registration.
