Main rule: Subscriptions and memberships renew automatically until canceled. Deleting the app or your Famio account does not cancel your subscription automatically.
If your order number starts with GPA, or you see Google Harmonybit on your bank statement, that indicates an Android purchase, and the subscription is linked to your Google Play account.
To cancel your plan:
- Open the Google Play Market
- At the top right, click your profile icon
- Click Payments & subscriptions
- Choose the subscription to Famio
- Tap Cancel Subscription
Note: only you personally can manage your subscriptions. We don't have access to your Google Play account and thus cannot make any changes remotely.
