Famio relies on each device's location tracker to show the location properly in the app. If your contact's location is incorrect, here is how they can try fixing it so that you see their correct location:
- Check that they allow Famio to always access their location (rather than while using the app).
- Turn their phone's location services off and on again.
- Check if Google Maps shows their correct location (Famio uses the same technology as Google Maps).
- Update their Famio app to the latest version.
Note that if you struggle to accurately locate someone, the issue often lies with their connection rather than your device.
